Educational institutions are prohibited from allowing male persons to participate in athletic programs or activities designated for females

Educational institutions must provide students access to restrooms, locker rooms, shower areas, and sleeping quarters that are not accessible by persons of the opposite sex while in use

Exceptions allow entry to opposite-sex facilities for custodial/maintenance purposes, medical assistance, natural disasters, emergencies, or serious safety threats

Schools may still establish single-occupancy or family facilities, accommodate persons under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and redesignate multi-occupancy facilities between sexes

Students are explicitly permitted to call other students by their legal name and refer to them by their sex without it constituting unlawful discrimination
