Requires landlords to provide tenants an itemized list of cleaning not accomplished along with cost estimates before deducting cleaning charges from security deposits

Extends the time tenants have to complete required cleaning from 24 hours to 48 hours after receiving notice

Prohibits landlords from charging an inspection fee for inspecting cleaning work completed by tenants during the 48-hour period

Amends Section 70-25-201, MCA, governing residential tenant security deposits in Montana
