Requires Montana licensing boards to grant professional licenses to applicants who complete a nationally recognized apprenticeship program under Title 39, chapter 6, as an alternative to traditional educational programs

Covers 30+ license types across multiple fields including barbering, cosmetology, nursing (LPN, RN, medication aide), pharmacy technician, EMT, massage therapist, mortician, veterinary technician, and radiologic technologist

Includes trade licenses such as journeyman plumber, journeyman electrician, elevator mechanic, construction blaster, and crane/hoist engineer

Apprenticeship applicants must still meet the same examination and fee requirements as applicants who complete traditional educational programs

Directs each licensing board or program to adopt rules for implementing the apprenticeship pathway to licensure
