Increases the annual statutory appropriation from the Montana Local Disaster Resiliency Fund from $4 million to up to $15 million per year, beginning July 1, 2025

Transfers $100 million total from the general fund to the Local Disaster Resiliency Fund: $50 million by June 30, 2025, and $50 million during the biennium ending June 30, 2027

Eliminates the June 30, 2027 termination date, making the fund permanent

Fund supports state and local mitigation projects reducing long-term natural disaster risks, nonfederal cost shares for mitigation program management, and hazardous material training and administrative resources

Appropriation is automatically voided in any year with a projected general fund budget deficit
