Changes license revocation from discretionary ("may") to mandatory ("must") for criminal trespass convictions involving hunting, fishing, or trapping activities

Revocation of hunting, fishing, and trapping privileges applies for up to 24 months from the date of conviction or bond/bail forfeiture

Expands covered trespass to include any property where a person is collecting or attempting to collect antlers, antler sheds, or animal horns

Applies to trespass on Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks property as well as any private or public property when engaged in covered activities

Applies to violations charged on or after the effective date of the act
