Increases the full monthly pension benefit for eligible volunteer firefighters from $175 to $200 per month

Maintains the existing $7.50 per month increase for each additional year of active service beyond 20 years, up to 30 total years of service

Preserves the conditional benefit increase of $7.50 per month for service beyond 30 years, contingent on the pension trust fund remaining actuarially sound with unfunded liability amortization at 20 years or less

Effective July 1, 2025
