Amends Montana's Unit Ownership Act (Section 70-23-403, MCA) to lower the threshold for changing undivided interest percentages in common elements from unanimous consent to 75% of unit owners

Allows condominium or unit owners to alter their percentage of undivided interest in common elements when 75% of owners with an interest in that particular common element agree

Requires any altered percentages to be recorded as an amendment to the declaration, specifying each unit owner's new interest percentage

Maintains existing requirement that undivided interest percentages must be in approximate relation to the value of each unit compared to the combined value of all units at the date of declaration
