Increases Upland Game Bird Enhancement Program funding allocations from hunting licenses: resident upland bird from $2 to $4.50, nonresident upland bird from $23 to $40, 3-day nonresident upland bird from $10 to $20, and combination licenses accordingly

Raises nonresident big game combination license (Class B-10) fee from $981 to $1,312 and nonresident deer combination license (Class B-11) fee from $577 to $760

Increases nonresident upland game bird license (Class B-1) from $110 to $127 and 3-day nonresident upland bird license (Class B-2) from $50 to $60

Raises elk-only combination license fee from $831 to $1,112 for applicants who retain only that portion after unsuccessful special elk permit drawings

Effective date is March 1, 2026
