Creates a new "expanded casino night" category that nonprofit organizations may conduct once per year, in addition to regular casino nights

Expanded casino nights permit games normally prohibited in Montana, including blackjack, twenty-one, jacks or better, baccarat, chemin de fer, roulette, craps, hazard, chuck-a-luck, and box faro

Authorizes use of gambling equipment typically classified as illegal devices (roulette wheels, craps tables, faro boxes) during expanded casino nights

Regular casino nights remain limited to live card games authorized under existing law, live bingo and keno, and raffles

Amends MCA sections 23-5-112 (definitions) and 23-5-702 (casino night authorization) to accommodate the expanded casino night provisions
