Restores continuous eligibility for parents and caretaker relatives, reversing a waiver amendment approved March 30, 2022

Restores continuous eligibility for Medicaid expansion adults (covered under Title 53, chapter 6, part 13), reversing a waiver amendment approved December 21, 2021

Requires the department to submit the waiver application no later than September 30, 2025

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
