Prohibits Montana state and local governments from enacting laws that would require pregnancy centers to offer, perform, or refer for abortions or contraception, or to post materials promoting abortion services

Prohibits governments from banning pregnancy centers from providing pregnancy-related services, counseling, prenatal/postnatal resources, or medical testing solely because they do not offer abortion or contraception services

Protects pregnancy centers' hiring decisions by preventing government interference with their ability to employ only staff who affirm the center's pro-life mission statement and operating procedures

Establishes civil remedies for violations, including actual damages or $50,000 statutory damages (whichever is greater), plus attorney fees; treble damages available for malicious violations

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
