Requires agricultural equipment manufacturers to provide owners and independent repair providers with documentation, parts, and tools needed for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair on fair and reasonable terms

Prohibits manufacturers from using "parts pairing" or other mechanisms to block non-manufacturer parts, reduce equipment functionality after independent repairs, or create false warnings about replacement parts

Covers equipment used in agriculture, horticulture, viticulture, dairy, livestock, poultry, bee raising, and forestry, but excludes highway motor vehicles and industrial/construction/mining equipment

Protects manufacturers from liability for damage caused by independent repairs and does not require disclosure of trade secrets beyond what is necessary for repairs

Effective January 1, 2026, with automatic termination if Congress enacts federal agricultural equipment right-to-repair legislation
