Prohibits the manufacture for sale, sale, holding or offering for sale, or distribution of cell-cultured edible products (lab-grown meat) in Montana

Defines "cell-cultured edible product" as meat components including muscle cells, fat cells, connective tissue, and blood produced via cell culture rather than from a whole slaughtered animal

Knowingly violating the prohibition constitutes a misdemeanor; retail food establishments in violation face disciplinary action and potential license suspension

Products found in violation are subject to immediate stop sale orders

Amends Montana Code to explicitly exclude cell-cultured edible products from the definition of "meat" and "hamburger/ground beef," which must be derived entirely from slaughtered livestock or poultry
