Amends Montana's indecent exposure statute (45-5-504) to add "violate the dignity of" as a prohibited intent alongside abuse, humiliate, harass, and degrade

Adds an exception protecting minors being assisted by a parent or guardian, and developmentally disabled persons, from being charged under this section

First offense punishable by up to $500 fine and/or 6 months county jail; second offense up to $1,000 fine and/or 1 year; third or subsequent offense up to $10,000 fine and/or 10 years state prison

Indecent exposure to a minor (victim under 16, offender more than 4 years older) carries up to $50,000 fine and/or 4-100 years state prison
