Amends Section 71-3-562, MCA to add a requirement that the legal description of the real property must be included in the notice of action to foreclose a lien

Requires persons who file foreclosure actions against contracting owners to file a notice of action with the clerk and recorder no later than 90 days after the 2-year limitation period expires

Notice must identify the parties, the court where the action is located, the legal description of the property, and the filing date, with a copy of the complaint attached

Failure to file the notice of action within the 90-day window results in automatic discharge of the lien
