Prohibits the introduction of fluoride to any public water supply system in Montana, adding this as a new prohibited act under Section 75-6-112, MCA

Amends Section 76-4-104, MCA to require the Department of Environmental Quality to adopt administrative rules subject to the new fluoridation prohibition

Applies statewide to all public water supply systems, effectively banning community water fluoridation programs
