Creates a prescriptive authority license endorsement allowing chiropractors to prescribe controlled, scheduled drugs including skeletal muscle relaxants, COX-2 inhibitors, NSAIDs, glucocorticoids, topical anesthetics, and trigger point injections for diagnostic and therapeutic use

Requires the Board of Chiropractors to establish rules for endorsement procedures, educational qualifications including pharmacology education hours, and protocols for drug procurement, storage, inventory control, and disposal

Expands the definition of chiropractic practice to include prescription and administration of natural agents such as food, water, heat, light, cold, electricity, herbs, nutritional supplements, and homeopathic remedies

Adds chiropractic services provided by practitioners licensed under Title 37, chapter 12 to the list of mandatory medical assistance services covered by the Montana Medicaid program

Endorsement for prescriptive authority is voluntary; chiropractors without the endorsement are prohibited from promoting or implying they have prescriptive authority
