Adds domestic bison to the list of livestock eligible for reimbursement under Montana's Livestock Loss Mitigation Program for losses caused by wolves, mountain lions, and grizzly bears

Establishes fair market value for domestic bison based on the average price paid at the most recent public auction or replacement price as determined by the Livestock Loss Board

Coverage applies to domestic bison losses on state, federal, tribal, and private land throughout Montana

Requires the Secretary of State to notify each federally recognized tribal government in Montana of the act

Effective date is July 1, 2025
