Transfers $50 million from the general fund to the Montana Housing Infrastructure Revolving Loan Fund by June 30, 2025

Requires all interest and income earned on the fund to be retained in the account rather than transferred elsewhere

Eliminates the previous $7 million lending priority for counties under 15,000 population near state facilities housing inmates or behavioral health patients

Allows the Board of Investments to use the fund to secure bonds and to use interest income to finance residential ownership of mobile home parks or multifamily housing

Lowers the minimum density requirement from 10 units per acre to 3 units per acre for projects funded by the new general fund transfer
