Removes the requirement for Secretary of State approval of written mail ballot election plans, shifting to a public posting requirement instead

Requires mail ballot election plans to be posted to county election office websites (or publicly noticed another way) at least 60 days before the election

School district mail ballot elections must post plans through newspaper publication, district website posting, or transmission to county election office

Amendments to mail ballot plans must be publicly noticed at least 35 days before the election

Elections default to polling place elections if the mail ballot plan is not posted at least 60 days prior to the election
