Creates the Montana Nurse Corps program to provide affordable home health care visits to Medicare/Medicaid enrollees and uninsured individuals with family incomes up to 400% of the federal poverty level

Licensed nurses in good standing may participate by registering their clinical services and service locations with the Board of Nursing

Limits charges to $10 per patient contact or visit, which may be billed to Medicare or Medicaid

Provides liability protection for participating nurses, limiting civil damages to cases of gross negligence or willful/wanton acts; patients must receive notice of this limitation

Authorizes the Board of Nursing to procure malpractice insurance for nurse corps members, funded through fees assessed on all licensed nurses in the state
