Eliminates biennial reporting requirements from the Department of Revenue to the transportation interim committee regarding biodiesel tax refunds, including taxpayer numbers, refund amounts, and administrative costs

Removes requirements for the Department of Transportation to report on motor fuels cooperative agreement negotiations with Indian tribes and on enforcement of special fuel tax provisions

Eliminates reporting mandates for the Department of Administration on general fund encumbrances at fiscal year-end and for the Department of Labor and Industry on unemployment insurance integrity measures

Removes requirements for the Department of Natural Resources to submit state water plan updates to the water policy interim committee and for Fish, Wildlife & Parks to report on Tendoy Mountain sheep herd data

Repeals four statutory sections entirely: grant information reporting to the legislative finance committee (5-12-208), environmental reporting requirements (75-1-314), state land reporting requirements (77-1-820), and land banking/cabin site reports to the environmental quality council (77-2-366)
