Airports receiving any state funding must allow light aircraft to land, taxi, and park with tie-downs for up to 7 days at no cost to owners, operators, or passengers

Light aircraft is defined as aircraft with gross weight of 12,500 pounds or less operating under FAA Part 91 regulations

State-funded airports must provide passenger and aircrew access through existing security fencing in locations readily accessible from outside with parking for at least four vehicles

Additional fees for landing, taxiing, parking, or security may only be charged if clearly noticed and specifically agreed to in advance of each flight
