Prohibits government entities and private companies from using Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) data to calculate, generate, or collect fees from aircraft owners or operators within Montana

Applies only to aircraft weighing 9,000 pounds or less that operate under general aviation rules (14 CFR Part 91)

Covers both ADS-B In and ADS-B Out systems, which transmit aircraft GPS location, altitude, ground speed, and other flight data to ground stations and other aircraft

Codifies the new restriction as part of Montana's existing aeronautics laws under Title 67, chapter 1, part 1
