Establishes a Medicaid reimbursement conversion factor of $39.56 for physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, and occupational therapist services for state fiscal year 2026

Allows the Department of Public Health and Human Services to adjust the conversion factor upward in subsequent fiscal years based on the Consumer Price Index for medical care

Calculates service fees by multiplying the conversion factor by the relative value unit for each service and any applicable policy adjusters

Amends Section 53-6-124, MCA to add definitions for occupational therapist, physical therapist, and speech-language pathologist to existing Medicaid reimbursement statutes

Effective July 1, 2025
