Amends Montana Code 7-1-111 to prohibit local governments with self-government powers from requiring additional professional or occupational licensing, permitting, or authorization when the state is the original issuer

Removes previously proposed exceptions that would have allowed local licensing when expressly authorized by state law or when delegated by a state agency

Applies specifically to professional or occupational licenses, permits, or authorizations already issued at the state level

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
