Requires the department to establish an online portal by May 1, 2026 enabling community assisters to help Medicaid applicants and enrollees apply for coverage and submit documents

Portal must allow community assisters to review application/redetermination status, view department notices, report eligibility changes, view required actions, and update contact information

Portal may optionally allow community assisters to submit applications or upload verification documents on behalf of applicants/enrollees

Medicaid applicants and enrollees can designate one or more community assisters to access their information through the portal

Defines "community assister" as any person or organization that helps individuals apply for Montana Medicaid coverage
