Prohibits state and local government agencies from spending funds on memberships, goods, or services from organizations that discriminate based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, disability, or religion

Bans government expenditure of state, local, or federal funds on programs advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) or on political or social activism

Applies the same spending restrictions to the Department of Military Affairs and state militia

Grants the Attorney General authority to investigate alleged violations and adopt rules for investigation procedures

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with provisions codified under Title 49 (Montana Human Rights Act)
