Department of Administration must submit quarterly written reports to the Legislative Finance Committee (by March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1) on procurement solicitations, contracts, and contract modifications valued at $200,000 or more over the contract's life.

Reports must include the purchasing agency name, description of procurement, closing date, contractor name, and execution date for applicable solicitations and contracts.

Governmental bodies must submit procurement data to the Department of Administration quarterly (by February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15) using department-specified IT resources.

Lowers the reporting threshold from $250,000 to $200,000 for contracts requiring disclosure.

Section 1 takes effect July 1, 2025 and terminates June 30, 2026; Section 2 takes effect July 1, 2026 and adds a requirement to report the portion of appropriation intended for vendor payment.
