Amends the definition of "K-12 school purposes" in Montana's student data privacy law to exclude courses provided for postsecondary credit and work-based learning courses offered by work-based learning partners under section 20-7-1510

Removes these postsecondary and work-based learning programs from K-12 online application data privacy restrictions, allowing greater flexibility for dual enrollment and career training partnerships

Maintains existing privacy protections for traditional K-12 educational activities including classroom instruction, administrative activities, and collaboration between students, staff, and parents

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
