Reduces the maximum THC per serving for edible marijuana products from 10 milligrams to 5 milligrams, while maintaining the 100 milligrams per package limit

Repeals Section 16-12-208, which contained restrictions on marijuana cultivation visibility, packaging requirements, labeling standards, and prohibitions on child-attractive product designs

Retains existing THC limits for other product types: 35% for flower, 800mg per package for tinctures and topicals, 100mg per capsule/suppository/transdermal patch

Allows dispensaries to sell higher THC potency products to registered medical marijuana cardholders than the standard limits

Effective date is July 1, 2026
