Expands the definition of "internet gambling" to explicitly include online casinos and adds cryptocurrency as a prohibited payment method for internet gambling activities

Online casinos that do not allow the use of any form of currency are permitted and not considered gambling activities

Redirects gambling law fines and penalties from the state general fund to the Department of Justice operating budget

Upgrades soliciting participation in illegal gambling from a misdemeanor to a crime punishable under both misdemeanor and felony statutes (up to $50,000 fine and/or 10 years imprisonment)

Creates new felony liability for anyone who purposely or knowingly operates illegal internet gambling sites within Montana, including sites operating through licensed or unlicensed offshore sources
