Prohibits nonprofit organizations and nonprofit corporations from leasing any Montana state lands, including timber on state lands

Applies the restriction across all categories of state land leases: commercial, agricultural, grazing, mining (metalliferous, nonmetallic minerals, coal, oil and gas), geothermal, wind and solar, underground natural gas storage, and surface leases

Makes it unlawful for any official, employee, or member of a nonprofit to lease state lands on behalf of a nonprofit organization or corporation

Amends 15 sections of Montana Code Annotated (Title 77) governing state trust lands to add the nonprofit leasing prohibition as an exception to existing leasing authority

Grants rulemaking authority to implement the prohibition
