Requires the Legislative Audit Division to conduct a one-time financial audit of the State Bar of Montana, examining all funding sources and expenditures over the past 10 years

Prohibits the audit from examining confidential records including attorney trust accounts, tax information, character and fitness reports, disciplinary files, assistance program files, and continuing legal education files

Requires the judicial branch to pay the full cost of the audit

Mandates completion and presentation to the legislative audit committee by December 15, 2026, with results delivered to the law and justice interim committee and posted publicly online

Amends the definition of "state agency" in MCA 5-13-102 to include entities created by or subject to supervision by the Montana Supreme Court
