Redefines "drag king" and "drag queen" in Montana Code to emphasize sexual/erotic content, replacing previous definitions focused on "flamboyant or parodic" personas with "glamorous or exaggerated costumes"

Amends definition of "drag story hour" to describe activities with minors as "sexual activities" rather than "other learning activities"
