Requires the Montana Department of Motor Vehicles to suspend the driver's license or driving privilege of any person who knowingly drove without valid insurance as required under state law

Provides an exception to license suspension if the driver provided proof of insurance as allowed under section 61-6-302

Amends sections 61-5-208 (period of suspension or revocation) and 61-8-1011 (driving under influence conviction definitions) of the Montana Code Annotated
