Mandates state employee group benefit plans and Montana University System group benefit plans to provide detransition coverage if they cover gender transition treatment

Requires Medicaid and Healthy Montana Kids programs to include detransition treatment as a covered service if gender transition treatment is covered, with equivalent cost-sharing policies

Defines "gender transition treatment" to include specific surgical procedures, supraphysiologic hormone doses, and puberty blockers provided to address a person's perception that their gender differs from their sex; effective October 1, 2026
