Appropriates $750,000 from the natural resources projects state special revenue account for planning reclamation and development project grants for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025

Appropriates $5,523,260 for 16 prioritized grants to political subdivisions, local governments, and state agencies for mine reclamation, dam rehabilitation, flood mitigation, and water infrastructure projects

Top-funded projects include Upper Little Blackfoot Watershed Mine Reclamation ($495,123), Upper Blackfoot Mining Complex Water Treatment Plant Upgrades ($479,085), and multiple $500,000 grants for dam rehabilitation and soil remediation

Grant recipients must have DNRC-approved scope of work, demonstrate committed matching funds, comply with auditing requirements, and execute a grant agreement

Recipients cannot receive funding from both the reclamation and development grants program and the renewable resource grant and loan program for the same project during the same biennium
