Adds 20 new definitions to Montana's alcohol licensing code, including terms for business entity types (corporation, LLC, partnership, limited partnership, trust) and related roles (board member, officer, member, partner, trustee, managing member)

Specifies that fingerprint and background check requirements apply to 20 specific license types, including winery, brewery, beer and wine, all-beverages, distillery, and restaurant beer and wine licenses

Allows approved applicants to reuse a single background check and fingerprint submission for multiple license applications within 5 years, provided they attest no criminal charges have been filed since completion

Exempts changes in a licensee's business entity form from triggering new fingerprint or background check requirements if no person gains a new ownership interest

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
