Department of Public Health and Human Services must forward credible exploitation allegations involving incapacitated persons or vulnerable adults to the county attorney where the victim resides

County attorneys must submit annual reports to the attorney general by July 1, including case identifiers, dates of charges or declinations, conviction outcomes, and cases pending more than 2 years without prosecution decisions

Attorney general must report annually by September 1 to the law and justice interim committee with county-by-county data on total cases, prosecutions, declinations, and any county attorneys failing to comply with reporting requirements

Department must report to the attorney general by September 15 of each even-numbered year on the number of referrals made to county attorneys by county

Amends Section 52-3-812 to require reports of vulnerable adult abuse or exploitation to include the telephone number of the person making the report
