Prohibits a parent's opposition to a child's gender transition from being admitted as evidence or considered as a factor in child abuse and neglect proceedings

Defines a child transitioning gender with the support of a parent or guardian as being in "immediate or apparent danger of harm" under Montana law

Requires emergency removal by child protection specialists, peace officers, or county attorneys of any child who is transitioning gender with parental support

Amends Montana Code Annotated sections 41-3-135 and 41-3-301 governing emergency protective services and grounds for action in child welfare cases
