Reestablishes a 9-member Working Interdisciplinary Network of Guardianship Stakeholders appointed by the Montana Supreme Court Chief Justice to evaluate state laws, services, and practices related to adult guardianship and conservatorship

Network members include representatives from district courts, adult protective services, disability advocacy groups, senior citizen advocates, professional and volunteer guardians, the state bar association, and healthcare providers

Members serve staggered 4-year terms after initial appointments of at least 2 years, with the network required to meet at least four times annually

Network duties include identifying system strengths and weaknesses, reviewing national standards, proposing guardian training methods, and identifying less restrictive decision-making options for incapacitated persons

The act terminates September 30, 2032; a public guardianship grant program was removed from the bill through amendments (shown as struck-through text)
