Requires marijuana businesses to display consumer education posters at all points of sale, measuring at least 8.5 by 11 inches, containing all warning text and the universal marijuana symbol

Requires both posters and exit packaging to include a QR code, website address, and phone number for resources providing assistance with overcoming marijuana addiction

Effective date is July 1, 2026
