Reduces Board of Crime Control representation on the Public Safety Officer Standards and Training (POST) Council from two members to one member

Adds a new position for one public safety communications officer (as defined in 7-31-201), who may be appointed based on recommendations from the Montana chapter of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials

Maintains the council's maximum size at 13 voting members appointed by the governor

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
