Excludes aliens who are not lawfully employed from eligibility for workers' compensation benefits under Montana law, amending the definition of "employee" or "worker" to include only aliens who are lawfully employed

Requires insurers to deny or close any workers' compensation claim if the claimant is an illegal alien

Requires insurers to close any workers' compensation claim if the claimant leaves the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, or American Samoa while making a claim or while a claim is ongoing

Adds a requirement that out-of-state hospitals or rehabilitation centers treating catastrophically injured workers must comply with the U.S. territorial requirements (meaning treatment facilities must be within U.S. jurisdiction)
