Revises Montana's Board of Medical Examiners composition by changing the "nutritionist" member position to "dietitian"

Establishes two distinct license categories: "licensed dietitian" (requires current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration as RD or RDN) and "licensed nutritionist" (requires master's or doctoral degree in nutrition-related field, 1,000+ hours supervised practice, and passage of certified nutrition specialist examination)

Requires criminal background checks including fingerprint submission for all dietitian and nutritionist license applicants, with fingerprint data shared between Montana DOJ and FBI

Creates exemptions from licensure for students/interns under supervision, licensed physicians and nurses, educators at nonprofit agencies or schools, WIC program employees, persons providing general nutrition information, and out-of-state practitioners providing telehealth services under specified conditions

Authorizes provisional 1-year licenses for individuals who have completed education and supervised practice requirements but are working toward full licensure under supervision of a licensed dietitian or nutritionist
