Establishes the Government Data and Impact Commission to develop a system for collecting and integrating targeted data to analyze agency program outcomes, resource efficiency, and government administration

Commission membership includes 12 voting members (legislative committee presiding officers, budget director, agency directors, and one public member) plus 5 nonvoting ex officio members (legislative fiscal analyst, legislative auditor, chief data officer, and others)

Commission must meet quarterly starting June 1, 2025, when the legislature is not in session, with required public comment periods at each meeting

Appropriates $75,000 from the general fund to the Department of Administration for commission administration and operational costs

Act takes effect immediately upon passage and terminates December 31, 2026
