Requires written agreements between suppliers (breweries, wineries, importers) and distributors that specify distribution territories, brands, termination procedures with 60-day notice requirements, and mandate Montana courts for dispute resolution with jury trial rights preserved

Prohibits distributors from having financial interests in retail establishments, including owning interests, holding liens/mortgages on retailer premises, or extending credit beyond 7 days

Establishes service obligations requiring distributors to call on at least 75% of retailers in their assigned territory every 3 weeks and prohibits refusing sales to retailers with current accounts

Repeals 22 existing code sections governing separate beer wholesaler and table wine distributor regulations, replacing them with the consolidated distribution act effective upon passage and approval
