Establishes a Mobile Home Park Emergency Relocation Account to help tenants forced to move when landlords change the use of mobile home parks, with maximum payments of $10,000 for single section homes or $15,000 for multisection homes for relocation within 100 miles

Tenants who choose to abandon their mobile home instead of relocating may receive 50% of the maximum allowable moving expense from the account

Funds the account through an annual assessment of $1.50 per $100 of taxable value on mobile homes located in parks where owners don't own the land, with collection waived when the account exceeds $1 million

Increases campground and trailer court license fees (from $40 to $75, $60 to $110, and $120 to $225 depending on size) and redirects 21.25% of fees to the relocation account instead of the general fund

Appropriates $500,000 from the general fund to initially capitalize the account, with the act effective July 1, 2025 and terminating June 30, 2029
