Hotels with all-beverages or resort all-beverages licenses outside incorporated city/town quota areas may operate up to two separate licensed alcohol service structures on the same property, with a $100 application fee per location

Guest ranches may now serve alcoholic beverages in up to three permanent buildings (increased from one), with a $100 fee for each additional building

On-premises consumption licensees operating within a resort area may allow consumption of alcoholic beverages purchased from other on-premises licensees within the same resort area

Resort area licensees may use shared alternate alcoholic beverage storage facilities with other licensees in the resort, allowing joint storage and transfers between approved licensees for a $100 application fee
